Pattern Pieces

The Pattern Comes from Simplicity Pattern 8247 Size 14-22 The Dolman sleeves were removed and I adjusted the sleeves from the coat pattern. The patter was also modified to used a Size 16 bodice to size 20 skirt.

Skirt

Inspired from African patchwork, I took 3 flannel shirts to create a skirt with seams that button close with an elastic waistband. The designer wanted the seam allowance on the outside, giving an handmade quality to the dystopian look.
